Ahh, the splendor of a clear sunrise. Is there anything quite so peaceful and picturesque as watching our friendly neighborhood star come back into view? It holds some of life simple pleasures: the cool morning air, the early morning stillness and the golden wash of light across the landscape. It makes you wish you could just sit and stare at it......and keep staring......perhaps for 44 minutes.

This episode we're talking about the wellness technique known as sun gazing. Sunglasses be damned, we're welcoming that sweet, sweet UV straight in our eagerly awaiting corneas! Blindness is always an option.
