If you're like most people you probably get woken up each morning by an alarm, drag yourself out of bed to the bathroom and begin your morning routine. The thing you might not think about is just how integral energy is to modern life. It lets you charge your phone, heats the water for your shower and moves your car when you push the gas. And at the time of publishing this episode we recently had a very real example of what happens when the energy suddenly stops flowing.
