Episode 24: The THRIVE Movement

Do you like doughnuts? I like doughnuts. They're a sweet, deep fried hunk of enriched bread that occasionally includes sprinkles. How can you say no to that? They're also such a unique shape. If you listen to math nerds it's called a torus. And if you listen to certain individuals on the internet tori are the key to unlocking the unlimited well of energy upon which the universe is built. Bet you'll never pass up a Krispy Kreme again.
