How to Play Along… Spirit led Improv

Step 1: Collect random words and write them on a small strip of paper.

Step 2: Place the strips of paper in a bowl.

Step 3: Pull 1, 2, 3, or 4 strips of paper out of the bowl and playfully create.Play through creating a concept, a story, a life lesson working with these random words. Allow your mind to open up and spirit will meet you there.
