Some of our emotions are easier for us to feel than others.  We tend to avoid certain feelings, especially the ones that seem hard, scary, and not all that socially acceptable.  However, being able to feel all of our emotions, authentically, is one of the most important and liberating things we can do for ourselves, our relationships, and for our personal and professional wellbeing.  On this episode, I talk about how we can stop blaming our feelings on the people and circumstances around us, and I share some specific ways we can start feeling our emotions with a greater level of depth and ownership.
