The recent tragic violence in Israel and Gaza has been and continues to be so sad, scary, and upsetting.  In the face of such horrific events, it’s often extremely difficult to find an authentic sense of peace and equanimity within ourselves.  On this episode, I share 8 specific things we can do to stay peaceful inside when things aren’t peaceful around us - in the world, in our communities, in our organizations, or in our families.  Being able to stay genuinely grounded and calm, especially when things seem overwhelming, allows us to more effectively address what’s going on and to take care of ourselves and those around us when it matters most.
