If you've ever listened to Black Hole Cinema, you'll know of the hate reserved for Woody Allen by host Emma Platt, and her guests Chris Haigh & from our friends Cinematronix, Chris Byrne. Now, Pick a Flick! brings you the full force of their anti-Woody sentiment.
Thanks to the nomination of BLUE JASMINE, by The Comic Roast, Emma and her favourite Chris' begin their rampage over Woody as they decide whether his recent Oscar-baiter is brilliant or pretentious - three guesses what they decide.
After a sojourn into exploring Woody's career, where Emma gets to segue into her favourite Frank Sinatra story (spoiler: it involves pain to Woody), thanks to Pick a Flick! creator Tony Black, they have to look at MANHATTAN. Why? Because Emma despises it. Well, I have to get my fun somehow, right?
