On this episode we are chatting with Michelle Smith, she is the creator of the popular blog, thewholesmiths.com and she recently published her first cookbook, The Whole Smiths Good Food Cookbook, that is the first Whole30 endorsed cookbook.


The Whole Smiths is a food blog focused on real, minimally processed, nutrient dense foods and modern day family life. Becoming a mother lit a fire in her to start seriously paying more attention to the foods she and her family were eating. Ultimately she landed on a paleo lifestyle and later completed her first Whole30. After seeing significant health improvements she’s been inspired to share all she’s learned with us and one night sitting on the sofa with her husband declared “I’m starting a food blog and I one day I’ll write a cookbook”, and so it began.


Michelle is super down to earth and authentic, she is a wife and the mother of two beautiful girls living in the San Francisco Bay area. The Whole Smiths blog is an incredible resource filled with tons of gorgeous whole food recipes and whole30 tools. Michelle is passionate about the food we eat and she wants everyone to know that eating wholesome doesn’t have to be boring and pretentious.
