Lexi is the cookbook author and founder of the healthy food blog; lexiscleankitchen.com.  Her story as a recipe developer and blogger happened organically.  She's always had a serious love of food but after feeling sick and unhealthy for a period of time she decided to adjust her diet by removing foods like gluten, grains, preservatives, sugar, and dairy.  She was blown away by how much better she felt and became passionate about the healing power of food.  


In this interview, Lexi's 'joie de vivre' comes through as she shares her story including how her cookbook came to be and that it takes a team to build a popular health food blog. She started Lexi’s Clean Kitchen in May of 2013 and it quickly went from being a hobby to her full time career.  She loves creating recipes that promote a healthy lifestyle and receives great purpose sharing all she’s learned especially when it helps someone else find healing.  She loves creating healthy, and allergy-friendly recipes to inspire others to know that living a healthy lifestyle can in fact be fun and exciting, and never has to be boring.  Her ultimate goal is to help others achieve a balanced lifestyle, full of whole foods and free of limitations!
