Just a couple notes before this episode. This episode talks about addiction and recovery. We don’t dwell a lot on trauma, but we do mention some of the painful things that are often connected to it such as suicide and sexual assault. They are only briefly mentioned as examples of trauma, but I wanted to let you know that ahead of time in case those things are difficult to hear.
Also we had some technical issues and lost her three things at the end of the episode. Sorry Chris!
In this episode I talk to Christina Gibson about normalizing addiction and recovery, sitting with other people’s pain, and why I edit my podcast and she doesn’t.
