The fact is many women see themselves as a fraud, an imposter because they don’t possess an unshakable belief in who they are and what they can offer. Instead of focussing on the outcome of using their voice to influence, women unfortunately often fear the consequences instead.



Attitude is everything!

During difficult times ask yourself “How is this shaping me?” It magically switches your perspective from being a victim to being in control of how you deal with whatever comes your way. It forces you to take a moment and see that adversity treated with the right attitude can lead to the formation of new and wonderful bits for your development and building of resilience.



Whether you are aware consciously or not, your subconscious mind is most likely sabotaging your efforts to acquire that elusive confidence factor. Fear to step away from what feels comfortable, what you have always done, and taking on something new can be scary, but worthwhile. Fear to think differently, and release the harmful influences in their lives, holds many people back from unlocking their full potential.
