How can we incorporate faith into our fitness goals? What does it mean to take a holistic approach to fitness? Today's guest, Keturah Perry answers these questions and more. 


Keturah Perry  is a single mother who went to college to become a medical assistant. After working in home health for ten yrs, she went into banking at Wells Fargo, but God had a different path for her. 


After years of doctors telling her she was obese and her health was deteriorating, Keturah decided to do something about it. During this process, she began to lose and overcome her self doubts. 


Keturah became a Christian fitness trainer in July 2018 and opened Benevolent Fitness, a Christian fitness center for women. She recently started incorporating men into the gym as well. Her quest is to empower each person that enters her gym through faith and fitness.
