Kara has been formally recognized by the business and social platform LinkedIn as a Leader to Follow and she has been featured 3x in Voyage Magazine of Dallas for self-care and wellness, leadership, and DEIB. Kara is the 2023 Brand Ambassador for the National African American Women’s Leadership Institute. Kara has her Master's Degree in Human Relations and Leadership along with other designations.
