In today's episode, I talk to you about brand vision. In the song “One Vision” by Queen Freddie Mercury says, “you need one man, one goal, one voice, one hope, one real decision” and wait for it he also said of course that you need “one vision”.

I discuss how I feel about that statement right now. We all know that people are drawn towards clarity, and they're drawn away from confusion. Today I discuss why clarity is one of the hardest things to get with our brand.

To summarise, as long as you're clear on who you are, you've worked on that strong brand message and you know what it is that you're all about, allowing yourself the flexibility to explore new ideas, to see how you feel in six months’ time, to see whether that plan that you made in January is still right for you is something that I couldn't encourage more.
 
So, make that plan start executing it, allow yourself permission to see the squiggles, to flow with the squiggles, to not panic that they're taking you away from your A --> B straight line. And remember that your brand has power when you believe that you are your brand, which means it changes with you too.
