Shh God is speaking to us through God's word, the Bible. Join us as we dig deeper to understand what God is saying through the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:34-36. Jesus said, “ 34 “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to turn “‘a man against his father,  a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— 36 a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.” The digging took us to Micah 7:6. With all the dysfunctional households and family relationships, we park on these scriptures a little longer to understand why Jesus, Prince of Peace, would come with a sword.
