Neighbors in Jamaica Plain are mounting a passionate defense over plans to tear down an old oak tree on the site of new housing. WBZ'S Madison Rogers reports.

The BPDA now tells us, "when it came to [their] attention the project was proceeding with a revised plan that hadn't been approved, [they] immediately requested revised plans. Those plans are currently under review."

We've reached out to the developer for comment, but haven't heard back.
