"For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."-
Habakkuk 2:3.
"Better is the end of a thing than its beginning, and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit."- Ecclesiastes 7:8.
"...be not weary in well doing."-
2 Thessalonians 3:13.
Merciful Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we thank you for the blessed assurance that YOU are ours: and we are yours. We thank you for encouraging our faith, hope, and love with today's reading of your holy words that remind us that though we have waited for you to answer specific prayers...
YOU have delivered and manifested those prayers and supplications and we will experience them in your appointed time and season;
Help us not to be weary in well doing:
help us not to give up- Galatians 6:9.
Jesus, Our Lord and Saviour, when you told the parable of the Lost Sheep YOU showed All that we do not know the mind of God;
Though it seems unreasonable for you to leave ninety- nine to find the one gone astray...lost...it shows that no one can ever say what YOU do or do not have for any one of us- individually.
We are to have faith and hope and trust in You- God Almighty, alone - Psalm 42:11.
Abba Father, we thank you for seeing us, hearing us, healing us, caring about things that afflict us- Matthew 18:7.
We repent of our sin.
We receive your wisdom, patience, peace, rest, and all of the blessings that you have for us.
May we remember the Sabbath: to keep it Holy- Exodus 20:8-11;
May we keep your commandments.
We give your standard of love and forgiveness;
We receive your unconditional love, and your forgiveness.
Jesus is the Lord.
Amen.
