Former AG Ed Meese submitted a second amicus brief to the D.C. Court of Appeals, arguing Jack Smith and the Office of the Special Counsel are illegitimate and are only operating now based upon a perverted and unconstitutional interpretation of the law.

Trump's team filed a lawsuit against Maine's Secretary of State Shenna Bellows in Superior Court asking for a review of her "decision" removing Trump from the state's ballots.
