Spencer Foreman is the Founder & President of P4:13 an organization dedicated to empowering and encouraging every man, woman and child to become stronger, spiritually, mentally and physically.

As a former full scholarship, division 1 basketball player, with elite talent, Spencer has understood the importance of holistic wellness which included body as well as soul and spirit. He’s been a fitness coach as lead a HIIT bootcamp every Saturday morning in the greater Houston area.

His passion for mentoring men and youth for over a decade lead Spencer to become the Youth Director, Pastor at Fallbrook Church in Houston, TX. He currently serves as its Student Director.Spencer’s mission is to encourage everyone he encounters in his journey, that they can truly do all things through Christ who strengthens them. Philippians 4:13

Spencer holds a BA and an MBA from Texas A&M International University and is a husband to Christiana Foreman.
