In today's episode I'm talking with Gary Paci. Gary is a Special Operations (SOC) Firefighter in Philadelphia and also one of my very close cousins. I’m so honored to call him my cousin because I feel he is a true hero. He served in the United States Coast Guard, puts his life on the line everyday as a firefighter, and because he is in a SOC unit, he gets deployed to help with search and rescue all around the country.

Today Gary gets into his daily/weekly routine, his motivation to keep pushing himself, his training routine and much more. I’m truly honored to call him my cousin.
