From having silly acronyms for everything, like PEWT, BASSSF, JICLI, etc. To embracing characters and themes, like Iggy the Idea Monster (Teachery) and Hoggy the Hedgehog (Un-Boring Coaching). To having random dance parties or jumping around like a goofball in the middle of a meeting.

We are always trying to break up the monotony of life and work by allowing ourselves to have a childlike mindset. We love having a YES, AND! mentality and it’s served us well for many years.
