In this episode we discuss:

The ordinance that "deprioritizes" camping 10 feet way from the door of a home or business and 100 feet away from a high school. Cleveland High School, one of the best high schools in Portland, recently cleaned up its encampment, but the city stresses that, due to the ordinance, it was NOT because of the camp's proximity to the high school. Rather, it was because of the public health hazard things like needles posed. This is horrific news because the Instagram account Documenting Portland showed piles of needles at Cleveland HS 2/27/21. How many more needles did it take for the city to clear the camp?
