So when the walk and talk therapy idea first popped into my head, I was so excited. It was like, "finally! Something that makes sense to me and the way I want to work". I just couldn't stop thinking about it!

And I did waste a lot of time thinking about it. I thought about how it could work, what the there risks were, how realistic was it to make this a thing and the most common one: "Can I actually do this?

But then I decided to just keep going, to stay curious and eventually to just have a go!

When I was in my second year of my psychology degree I sucked at statistics. It was one of those subjects where if you missed one little thing, nothing made sense, ever again! Not being dramatic at all! Also, our uni decided that the final exam is worth 70% of your final mark. That pretty much meant that if you fail the exam, no matter how well you did up to that point, you failed the subject!

I also sucked at taking exams. So I decided that I was giving up and throwing in the towel on this life long dream of being a psychologist and helping people. And I mean it when I say lifelong.

Today, I chat about the mindset that changed that moment and many more in my life going forward!
