Ira Feldman is a distinguished sustainability leader with over 25 years of experience. He is currently the Founder and Chairman of Adaptation Leader (adaptationleader.org), an organization focused on climate adaptation strategies and solutions, serving in this role since 2019. Feldman is also the President and Senior Counsel at Greentrack Strategies, a consultancy he has led since 1996, specializing in environmental regulatory innovation, sustainable business practices, and corporate social responsibility. Additionally, he founded the Sustainability Curriculum Consortium (SCC) in 2016, where he serves as Managing Director, advancing sustainability education in higher education. Feldman's expertise spans across various areas, including environmental-social-governance (ESG) factors in finance, Public-Private Partnerships, and blockchain technology for climate solutions. He is committed to driving sustainability and climate adaptation forward through education, policy, and strategic consulting. He previously worked at the US EPA, pioneering new enforcement settlement approaches and developing corporate voluntary excellence programs. Feldman is dedicated to advancing sustainability through policy initiatives, professional development, and contributions to the sustainability and climate dialogue.
