Today is the 85th birthday of the father of the Muppets: Jim Henson. I do not have a time in my life when his brilliance was not in it. I was raised on Sesame Street and The Muppet Show, there was never a time when I didn’t know kermit. The world is a better place because he was in it and still feels the loss that he has left.
