Have you had or do you have obstacles to overcome?

How and the heck can you get past this thing that seems like it has changed the direction of your life?

It seems like a futile situation because it’s out of your control.

Well guess what; the only thing we can control is our own alignment.

Controlling your own alignment starts as soon as you wake up. You have to be intentional about the type of day you want to have, and focus yourself into feeling good so that energy and momentum can carry you throughout the day.

On today’s episode of Waking Up Right with Ivory, I talk with an incredible man who is eighty years old with the work ethics of a man more than half his age, the mind of a scholar, and the heart of a champion.

Raymond J Barry is an Actor, Writer, and Visual Artist. Raymond is a veteran of both screen and stage work. Some of Barry’s feature film credits include Born on the fourth of July, Dead Man Walking, The Dewey Cox Story, Training Day, Flubber, The Ref, The Chamber, Falling Down, Cool Runnings, Rapid Fire and Sudden Death. For his role in Interview with the Assassin, he received the Best Actor award at the NY Independent Film Festival. Raymond has spent his life dedicated educating and pushing himself to be the best version of himself mentally, physically, and spiritually; this is why he continues to work consistently in the business.

So get ready to be inspired, and get inside the mind and heart of a successful, beautiful, brilliant man.

Some Questions I ask:

What are some tools that you use to grow Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually?

You have co-starred with some amazing talent; can you tell me some personal experiences you had working with them?

Why do you think you have worked so consistently for so many years?

What are some of your daily routines when you first wake up?

If we are sitting here in the same seat a year from now celebrating what a great year it’s been for you. What did you achieve?
