But have no fear even though we are a man down this week, Tony and Scott have plenty to talk about. The dawgs have a pivotal non conference game versus the Georgia Southern Eagles of the SunBelt conference this week and they are a team that every Georgia fan should be a little nervous about playing.

Why? Well, since their last visit to Sanford, They’ve play on the FBS level now, are 7-2 on the season, and lead the entire nation in rushing offense thanks to their dynamic triple option attack…

That’s why we, the players and the coaches should have a healthy dose of respect for these Eagles from Statesboro.

We break down the 6th ever meeting between GSU and UGA, Georgia’s won the previous 5 fairly comfortably. But We also dive into the legend that was the late Erk Russell. For those of you who do not know, Coach Russell served as Defensive coordinator on Vince Dooley’s coaching staff for many years and left in the early 80s to resurrect the Georgia Southern football program, where he went on to deliver 3 national championships for them.
