Secret intelligence records obtained by Global News show that Russia is one of the hostile foreign states that targeted Canada in recent “cyber influence” campaigns. Documents labelled “Secret: Canadian Eyes Only” say that then-Minister of Foreign Affairs Chrystia Freeland and Minister of National Defence Harjit Sajjan were among the Canadian targets.
