Here is a quick look at some of the ways I create success in my life by staying fit and keeping my body moving. Fitness is an important part of creating success. The more you take care of your body the longer you can enjoy your success.

Get Fit, Stay Fit is a big part of my toolbox for success and a huge part of my mindset. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do a combination of heavy weight and light weight training. The goal is to challenge the body in different ways while maintaining my size and weight.

You don't have to live at the gym. 30-60 minutes is great. I usually go 1 1/2hrs on Saturdays so I can get some cardio in too. Often it's Basket Ball to finish off the workout.
