Women as Elders. After establishing women in teaching and leading roles, Mike and Tim turn to a few listener questions that deal with whether or not women can serve as Elders. Is the term Elder used in the Bible? If so, how? What are the qualifications expressed? Are they gendered? What examples do we have of women leading and what do we know of their roles? We do we do so many mental gymnastics to keep men in charge?

First, the Erre boys discuss the year in review and then Tim brings in a few Strange Stories about a possible Vampire buried beneath the Notre Dame Cathedral and a new study that determines how American Evangelicals picture the face of God.
