Interview with Carrie Esser

Carrie Esser is a creative makeup artist and body painter based in Arizona. Carrie is a self taught artist, who dove into the world of creative makeup and body art in 2013.

Carrie is continuously experimenting through trial and error. Her hard work has paid off throughout the years.

In 2018 and 2019, Carrie competed in the FACE Awards USA, where she made the top 12 in 2018 and the Top 5 in the country in 2019. Carrie then competed in the second season of Snapchat’s illusion makeup competition, Fake Up, in 2020. Carrie won two of the weekly challenges and won runner up against a multitude of talented artists. Carrie’s accomplishments do not end there. In 2021, Carrie was not only nominated for Creative Makeup Artist of the Year at the American Influencer Awards, but ended up winning the title! Congrats and welcome to the VolumeUP Podcast!
