Interview with Deaundra Metzger

Deaundra Metzger is an accomplished Celebrity Hairstylist, widely known for her work in the entertainment and film industry. Deaundra has accumulated a total of 30 years in providing professional hair care services, locally and nationwide—including owning and operating the renowned 360 Degrees Salon from 2000 until 2007, which turned into a partnership until 2010.

Having a flourishing career, she has been fortunate to amass a star-studded clientele that includes the likes of Fantasia, Monica, CeCe Winans and many others. Some of her work for film projects include:  Tyler Perry's House of Payne & Meet the Browns; BET’s American Soul; First Wives Club; Hunger Games; The Divergent Series, Jumanji 3; Black Panther; Clint Eastwood’s Richard Jewell; Suicide Squad 2; Yvonne Orji; Dominique Fishback and Danielle Deadwyler in TILL. 

Beyond her work as an entertainment stylist and helping stylists in their businesses, Deaundra has her own company of eyewear chains, Fleyewear Chains as well as a charity-based organization that has successfully made Christmas happen for over 130 families for the last 14 years, The Metzger Family and Friends Foundation.

Deaundra is known for her passion while on the job but bravery in saying “No, I’m not available!” Her motto has always been; “God first, family, then hair!” Resilient, courageous, and compassionate, are just a few words that capture Deaundra’s true character and nature.
