Ted Gibson is an independent hairdresser, salon owner and celebrity stylist has created some of the most iconic looks of our generation. He has worked with models, actresses, fashion and beauty insiders and influential women who love for him to touch their tresses.

Ted shares his journey into the beauty industry from a Texas military family to NYFW to a 10 year love 'affair' with Angelina Jolie. He tells his story of brand relationships and what the brands do/don't do to support the small independent salons in this industry.

Specifically Ted wonders where the brands, organizations and groups were in 2020 as the virus and lockdowns ravaged the industry putting many salons out of business and many more stylists out of work.
