Today on the Voicing Startups podcast I interview John Best of Best Innovation Group and the FIVE (Financial Interactive Voice Experience) Platform. The FIVE Platform helps Credit Unions keep with the times and give the ability to adopt voice-driven technology as customers expect to do the same transactions that they do via a mobile app or online using their voice.  The benefits of this results in Speed, Convenience and Security for the users.

Following this John gives a deep dive on some different features of the FIVE platform. Some other topics we touch on is why domain expertise is important as well as launching a financial product in the financial industry and what that means with security. To wrap things up John talks about what we can expect from the platform in the future as well as what gets him most excited for the future of voice.
