She is a recognized leader in recruiting and employer branding

For the past 10 years, she has thrived in Global Talent Acquisition departments creating innovative digital strategies for industry-leading brands like Nike, Oracle, and HP. 

Celinda specializes in designing premium experiences and stories centered around humanizing the talent attraction lifecycle.

In her personal time, she coaches women of color on resume and interview preparation in an effort to help bridge pay equity gaps. 

Celinda is a first-generation Chilena, first-generation white-collar Latina, a single mom, and  fearlessly recounts her experiences of  inclusion  in Corporate America
