Celinda Farias Appleby is the Director of Global Talent Attraction for Visa.

For the past 10 years, she has thrived in Global Talent Acquisition departments creating innovative digital strategies for industry-leading brands like Nike, Oracle, and HP.

In her personal time, she coaches women of color on resume and interview preparation in an effort to help bridge pay equity gaps.
