Apologies
Sorry - it has been described as the hardest word to say. Many of us feel an apology is a loss of face or a climb down yet we have all been in the position of longing for an apology from someone who refuses to give one. How do we learn to apologise? Is there a right way or a wrong way to apologise? Are there any times at which it is ok to withhold an apology or to refuse to accept one? Why does the smallest of words have such a big impact?
