In this show, we shall be hearing inspiring poetry on the theme of the Corona Virus from a variety of talented poets.
Firstly we shall hear from the young and remarkable Sabahat Ahmad with his poem titled ‘Our Heroes’, the fantastic poet Maqbool Khan with his poetical offering titled ‘Covid 19 a sign of the times’, and then a reading by the talented Aroog. This is followed by the acclaimed poet Zafar Bhatti with his poem called ‘Is this a dream’ and then from Ghalib Lone from the USA with his powerful poem titled ‘Our Mosques are empty but are hearts are full’. The remarkable four year old Master Haseeb Sikander followed by the young and inspiring Haaris Ahmad Hameed with his poem titled ‘Pray for Heroes’ and then finally Shivdev Aulakh with his poem titled ‘Virus’.
