In the UK, cancer is the most common cause of death in children aged 1-14 years. A lot still needs to be understood about childhood cancer. Join us as we discuss how families and young people cope with such trials and how one can remain steadfast during such times.

Mosques- An Abode of Peace

‘Mosques are the houses of Allah and those believers who enter therein are the guests of Allah’ – The Holy Prophet (pbuh)
Mosques are the places of worship used by Muslims and come in all different shapes and sizes. Although the purpose of a mosque is to create a space for prayer, they also encourage community cohesion and unity between believers and neighbours.

Join us as we discuss the function and history of mosques, as well as their purpose for society from an Islamic point of view.
