Strengthened through Storms “S-factor”
Sometimes, the only way God can get our full attention and remold us spiritually is to allow storms come our way. They come to us as set tests or examinations which ultimately lead to our spiritual elevation or promotion.
The four Hebrew boys: Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego passed through the storms of life: Fire for the three of them excluding Daniel and in Daniel’s case, he passed through the storm or test of being thrown into the Lion’s den. The examiner is God, but he uses circumstances or people that come our way to test or examine us to see how much we love Him or trust Him. He remolds our character and develops the fruit of the Spirit in us, by allowing us go through some pain or hurt which He already provided sufficient grace for us to go through it and come our stronger, saved and above all spiritual validation. When we endure trials, we come out triumphant. The latter glory is greater than the former and we have peace in the end. Haggai 2:9.
Choose to go through the storm, and you will come out stronger, not stranded, better, not bitter and your pain will eventually become gain in fulfillment of God’s Word and you obtain a great testimony. Always remember that “His grace is sufficient” according to His promise. Stay focused on Christ, the “Solid Rock”
