Intentional +Innovative=Impactful “I-factor”
One of the ways we can succeed or fulfill God’s plan and purpose for our lives is by taking active steps to be doers of the Word and not just hearers or speakers.
At the beginning of each year, many make plans and say so much that they intend to do, but only few who follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and add the I-factor are able to finish with the results or fulfillment of God’s good plans at the end of the year.
The I-factor
I-1: Intentional- To be intentional means you are committed and determined to do the needful. This makes you to be a doer and not just a hearer of the Word. Take heed and do the Word, not just speaking.
I-2: Intensity-There is need to be intense or forceful about our prayers and violently claim our blessings by faith. The bible admonishes us that from the days of John the Baptist until this day, the Kingdom of God suffers violence and only the violent take it by force. It means, the non-violent may not take it.
You must exercise the force of faith and P.U.S.H (Pray Until Something Happens).
I-3: Integrity of the Word. The Word of God is spirit and life, it can never fail. God is not a Man that He should lie. He is reliable and dependable. Whatever He says He will do, that shall He do. The Word of God is potent and can never return back to Him void or empty.
I-4: Innovative- We must apply wisdom and be creative by divine nature. We are created in God’s image to create great or big things out of simple or small things. Take active steps by faith, speaking to the voidness just as God did in the creation. This resulted in transforming empty space of the earth to plenty or so much of God’s creation including Man.
I-5: Impactful- The result of been intentional, innovative and intense prayer, standing on God’s Word is an impactful life which also means having positive influence on other people who we have been called to affect positively. You must shine the Light of Christ who dwells in you and illuminate the dark world .
“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror;”
‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭22‬-‭23‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.
“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.
““You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭14‬-‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
