Athletic Director and P.E teacher Phil Bendik of Valor Christian Academy was driven into this field by his competitive edge in sports. When it came down to his coaching career he wanted to make sure he was a mentor first. While it is great to win and get that trophy he wanted the students and players to gain more respect towards the game and have good sportsmanship.
