When we think we have our sleep cycle in order we might not know it all when science comes into play.  We all know it is essential that we give this to our body's in order for us to function properly but did you know there are stages to sleep? This consists of stages which are 1-3 non-REM(Rapid Eye Movement) stages and the final stage 4 which is called REM(Rapid Eye Movement). In this episode we discuss stages between REM with children and adults, lack of sleep, sedatives and much more.
