“This is an opportunity for executives to reshape and redesign their business," says Nigel Jeremy, author, speaker and HR expert. “My sense is that we will see a typical role by 2030 having two to three days in the office and two to three days at home, or in fact anywhere. I think we're on that journey and by 2030, it will be seen as very arcane to think you have to be in the office four or five days a week.”

On this edition of the VISION by Protiviti podcast, we chat with Nigel Jeremy, former Chief Learning Officer of British Airways, about the multi-generational reality of the future of work and what leaders can do about it, a potential looming talent shortage, and the skills and capabilities that will be in high demand in 2030 and beyond.
