Nicky Saunders is an Online Branding Strategist, Consultant, and the Business Development Strategist, for Eric Thomas & Associates who helps personal brands grow a social media presence thru content creation, strategies, and authenticity. In less than a year and a half, she increased Eric Thomas' social media presence by over 1.1 Million followers on leading social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Nicky has word with other amazing speakers & Influencers such as Inky Johnson, Willie Moore Jr., and more.

Before taking over The Hip-Hop Preacher’s social media Nicky worked in Corporate America And US Navy for over 10 years as an IT specialist. In May of 2017, she walked away from that life in pursuit of something greater. Nicky had a feeling that there was something more in the world for her besides sitting behind a desk in a secure building.

A full year later in May of 2018, she figured out what that thing was and she’s partnered with Eric Thomas & Associates to launch her own company Deeper Than The Brand (formerly known as Beastmode Digital) as well as her own podcast “Nicky And Moose The Podcast”.
