YouTuber Totally Not Mark has had 150+ videos removed by Dragon Ball copyright holder Toei Animation, but his is not a simple case of clear infringement.

Instead, as journalistic outlets opine as to the applicability of fair use, fair dealing, and more in the US, Ireland, and Japan, the pressing issues of YouTube Content ID "system" come ever more into focus.
