Facebook is changing its terms of service! Not unusual in and of itself, but the company has also taken the unusual step of notifying its users of the exact section to be changed.

As it turns out, though the change is small (and perhaps unnecessary), it goes along with big discussions happening at Facebook and Google; discussions revolving around what to do...about Australia.
