In a "surprise" reaction to blatant breach of contract, the injured party has notified the other of the breach and told them to fix it...or have their agreement terminated.

But when it's Apple doing the "retaliatory" notifying and the breaching party is Epic Games, well, you can be sure that the action will be framed as an affront to public decency, morality, liberty, and the sanctity of family (no, I'm not kidding).

What has Apple done and what have they asked for? If Apple can terminate an agreement "for any or no reason", what is this fight even about?

And can Epic really force another company to support it - by force of a court order?

We sell the popcorn *and* the butter...in Virtual Legality.
