One of the world's biggest gaming publishers, Activision Blizzard, has been formally accused of maliciously and deliberately discriminating against women in virtually all aspects of their employment by the State of California.

In addition, the State has accused Activision personnel of sexual harassment, and of the Company's own knowledge and willful intent to permit such harassment.
