ACTIVISION DENIED: California Lawsuit To Continue...For Now (VL566)

The saga of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) ethics tussle continues, as the Court denies Activision's attempt to use the issue for its own benefit. Though, looks can be deceiving, and nothing is ever quite finished (until it is) in the law.
