When Board Members Go Rogue

In episode 114 I talked about how to survive a bad board. Well that opened the floodgates and I've been hearing about aaaaaaaall sorts of bad board member behavior. Rather than sit and be mad about it, I wanted to give you some things to consider and maybe even a couple of action items you can use to help you get back on mission.
